Monday

9:30-10:45 am -Michelle
Hatha Yoga
An energy flow class for introducing elements of Hatha and Tantric yoga into the Asana practice of students at any level.  Michelle guides participants in vinyasa flow asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and kundalini (primal energy) to facilitate a most energetically infused experience.

Tuesday

9:30-10:45 am - Rachel
Yin Yoga
This slow-paced class is suitable for all levels. Most of the poses are seated or lying down, and emphasize stretching rather than strengthening the body.

7-8:15 pm - Olga
Yoga Basics
Particular emphasis on alignment, sequencing, and breath awareness. The effort and attention is drawn to detail within the postures, which increases concentration and focus, helping to relieve the mind and body of stress. Props may be used to help students experience the postures more fully. 

Wednesday

9:30-10:45 am - Laura
Hatha Yoga
A well rounded Hatha Yoga class to reestablish our mind body connection through proper alignment and increasing our range of motion all while focusing on our breath and cultivation of the still and powerful energy within.

7-8:30 pm - Bruce
Hatha Yoga
Lincolnshire Yoga's flagship class where beginners and experienced students alike, share in the non-competitive atmosphere of hatha yoga expression, making each pose as gentle or as rigorous as one needs. Beginners will learn the authentic and proper cultural poses, breathing techniques, and introductory meditative practices. Continuing students will have the opportunity to deepen and refine their practice.

8:35 - 9:15 pm

Thursday

9:30-10:45 am - Bruce
Hatha Yoga

 Yoga Flow
Finish the week strong with a heat generating flow class.  Emphasis placed on tying the breath and movement together.  After a proper warm up, we will flow together our movements and breath to increase strength and stability. Finishing with a well deserved deep relaxation to tie it all together.
